You will note that the park charge fees <br />have been increased from the previous amount of $300 to the <br />proposed amount of $400 per residential lot. You will also <br />note that we increased the charge for a two family dwelling <br />unit from $600 to $800 to be consistent with the proposed <br />charge for single family units. If this is agreeable to <br />the Council, the ordinance can be enacted as presented.
