ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2101.020. 2.(a) <br />AND 2101.050. 2. OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, RELATING TO <br />PARK CHARGES FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 2101.020. 2.(a) of the Municipal Code of the City <br />of Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />2. If the City Council, at its option, requires the <br />developer to donate cash in lieu of land, the following criteria <br />shall be applied: <br />(a) The developer of any land to be developed as a <br />residential subdivision shall pay to the City the sum of Four <br />Hundred Dollars and No /100 ($400.00) per lot in the <br />subdivision. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 2101.050. 2. of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />2. Every applicant for a building permit for a single <br />family dwelling shall, at the time of submitting such <br />application, pay to the City the sum of Four Hundred Dollars <br />($400.00), which money shall be placed in a special fund as <br />hereinafter provided. Every applicant for a building permit for <br />a two family dwelling shall, at the time of submitting such <br />application, pay to the City the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars <br />($800.00), which money shall be placed in a special fund as <br />hereinafter provided. Applicants for permits for remodeling or <br />for home additions shall be exempt from this provision. <br />.Section 3. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day <br />of , 1990. <br />Michael I.
