Creel <br />3006 Ontario Rd. <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />City Council Of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Rd. <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />City Council Members, <br />_7yAk I would like to address the City Council at the Sept. <br />`l 1990 meeting concerning the drainage problem at 3006 <br />and 3000 Ontario Rd. <br />I feel this drainage problem is different than the <br />"Thunderbay Area Drainage System" in that the city,s <br />drainage easement runs through the middle of the back yards <br />of these two lots instead of the back ten feet of the lot <br />as shown on the Certificate of Survey I was issued and as <br />is the case in the " Thunderbay Area Drainage System ". <br />I also would like to discuss the culvert installed on <br />the three lots to the north of 3006 Ontario Rd. - -its affect <br />on the drainage problem - -how this whole drainage problem is <br />a result of poor planning and anomalous decision making on <br />behalf of the City of Little Canada. <br />Thank You, <br />Randy L reel <br />3006 Ontario Rd. <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />(612) 481 -9544 <br />PAGE 55 <br />
