! ?5 <br />Special Provisions <br />1. A detail shall be provided on the filtration basin and specifically the underdrain system. <br />2. A vegetation plan for the pond and filtration basin shall be provided. <br />3. Documentation verifying the plan complies with the District's 75 foot average no disturb <br />buffer requirement shall be provided. <br />4. Emergency overflow swales shall be installed at the overflow point of each catch basin or <br />curbline located at a low point. Overflows shall also be installed from one basin to the next. <br />The swales shall extend to the normal water level of the downstream water body or at a point <br />where the downstream ground slope is one percent or flatter. The swale shall be a minimum <br />of ten feet wide and one foot deep and be lined completely with a permanent soil <br />stabilization material. A detail of the swale shall be shown on a revised set of plans. <br />5, Locations of stormwater inlet protection shall be shown on the erosion and sediment control <br />plan. <br />6. The applicant shall submit to the District a copy of the approved Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency's NPDES Phase 2 Construction Permit. <br />7. A copy of an executed and recorded maintenance agreement for the stormwater <br />management practices on the site shall be submitted to the District. <br />
