PERMANENT UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this /0 clay of 90,--ei r , 201 3, by and <br />between Northeast Residence, Inc., Grantor, and the City of Little Canada, a municipal <br />corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, Grantee; <br />WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, in consideration of one dollar ($1.00) and <br />other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />hereby grants and warrants to said Grantee, its successors and assigns, a permanent <br />easement for public utility and drainage purposes, and for ingress and egress at any and <br />all times with all machinery, equipment and materials necessary for the aforesaid <br />purpose, in, over, and upon the following described property owned by Grantor and <br />situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota: <br />A Permanent Easement for Public Utility and Drainage Purposes, described as <br />follows: <br />A 4.00 foot wide easement over, under and across that part of the herein after <br />described «Property Description" which lies within 2.00 feet on each side of the <br />following described centerline: <br />Commencing at the most westerly corner of Tract B, Registered Land Survey <br />No. 348; thence North 57 degrees 02 minutes 41 seconds East 15.87 feet along <br />the northwesterly line of said Tract B to the point of beginning of the centerline to <br />be described; thence South 29 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds East 18.00 feet <br />and said centerline there terminating. <br />7 <br />
