I have incorporated for the most part the <br />suggestions made by the Sheriff's Department and one of the <br />suggestions made by Richard Bents. <br />S would like to call the attention of the Council to <br />Sections 817.050 (C), which provides for a $1,500.00 annual fee <br />for pawnbroker, which would be reviewed every six months, and <br />817.200 (G), which no longer has a dollar limitation on the <br />value of items for which reports must be submitted. <br />Would you please review the enclosed and submit the same to <br />the Council for their consideration. <br />Also find enclosed a copy of the Resolution authorizing <br />publication of the title and summary of the Ordinance.
