Hanson
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bill Blesener
Rick Collova
Jim LaValle
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
Attached are a number of proposal requests for both the
City Hall and Fire Station building projects. I will be
meeting with a representative from the Architect's office
Monday to discuss the merits of each of these requests. I
have some questions regarding the validity of some of the
proposed changes. An explanation sheet summarizing my
recommendations for each of the proposal requests will be
available for Wednesday's meeting.
It also appears that the City Hall construction should be
wrapping up within the next couple of weeks. That would be
exclusive of any landscaping work. Furnishing orders are
also being finalized.
In reference to the Fire Station, I would anticipate that
the punch list inspection prior to occupancy should occur
within the next week. Hopefully, occupancy of the building
should occur within the next two to three weeks. Bids for
landscaping work at the Fire Station will be received on
May 17. An award of that contract should occur shortly
thereafter.
JRH:kpv
Enclosures
Pag
