Hanson, City Administrator <br />RE: Brausen Variance Application <br />It is our understanding that Mr. Brausen is pursuing <br />another alternative to his request for front yard <br />setback variance. Therefore, it is my recommendation <br />that the public hearing on the variance be continued <br />pending formal withdrawal and submission of a new <br />application.
