As you will see, Section 702.030 and <br />703.040 now include the statutory language relative to the <br />limits of financial responsibility. The existing Sections <br />702.030 (5) and 702.040 (2), relating to temporary licenses, now <br />include the 100,000/300,000 financial responsibility <br />requirements. I have amended Section 702.040 (3) to provide for <br />a $80.00 per year fee. I have also made a typographical change <br />on page 10 of the Ordinance, as previously submitted. <br />Would you please review the enclosed to determine if any <br />additions or deletions are necessary.
