SORER <br />TO LITTLE- CANADA P.09/10 <br />City shall be named as an additional named insured on said <br />policy, and the Developers shall file a copy of the insurance <br />coverage with the City prior to the City issuing the permit to <br />proceed with the construction of the improvement. <br />F. indemnification. The Developers agree to indemnify, <br />defend and hold harmless the City, its agents and employees, <br />from any claim, demand, suit, action or other proceeding <br />whatsoever by any person for any loss or damage to property or <br />any injury to or death of any person resulting from the <br />construction of the improvements by the Developers or the <br />Developer's contractor. <br />11. Notices. Required notices to the Developers shall be <br />in writing, and shall be either hand delivered to the <br />Developers, their employees or agents, or mailed to the <br />Developers by certified mail at the following address: Ron and <br />Patricia Palmen, 1412 Prosperity Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota <br />55106. Notice to the City shall be in writing and shall be <br />either hand delivered to the City Administrator, or mailed to <br />the City by certified mail or registered mail in care of the <br />City Administrator at the following address: City of Little <br />Canada, City Hall, 515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, <br />Minnesota 55117, Attention: Joel R.
