Hanson <br />Attached is a memo prepared by Northwest Associated <br />Consultants regarding the above - mentioned vacation. You <br />will note that this vacation is being done to correct an <br />apparent oversite in the descriptions requested of us for <br />the vacations we approved last year. This right -of -way <br />involves the overlap between Nadeau Road and Country Drive <br />as indicated on the map attached to the Planner's report. <br />We will need to retain utility easements over the vacated <br />area as recommended by the City Engineer. It should be <br />noted that the City Engineer concurs with the vacation <br />request and will be prepared to address it at Wednesday's <br />meeting. <br />JRH:kpv <br />Enclosure <br />
