Pawelsky <br />Harlan M, Olson <br />We've contacted Volk Construction Co. in regards to completing the Leeward Way Street and <br />Utility Improvements project as a change order to the Desoto Street Project. The contractor <br />would be required to complete the work at the bid unit prices stated within the proposal for the <br />Desoto Project. <br />The contractor has agreed to constntct the Leeward Way Project under the stipulation that they <br />are able to begin the project in a timely manner as re- mobilization is not included within the <br />bid costs submitted.
