Hanson <br />Attached are two proposal requests prepared by <br />Kraus - Anderson relative to the fire station project. They <br />are Proposal Request No. 20 and 28. <br />Proposal Request No. 20 relates to applying a sealer on the <br />burnished block on the building. It is the recommendation <br />of both the Construction Manager and the Architect that <br />this be undertaken. Proposal Request No. 28 relates to the <br />addition of a section of fence along the east property <br />line. This is being done to accommodate the neighbor and <br />property owner to furnish an appropriate screen from lights <br />and noise. <br />It is my recommendation that we approve both proposal <br />requests as presented. <br />JRH:kpv <br />Enclosures <br />.°.::,,,.Page 51 <br />
