EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: August 14, 1991 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held on the 14th day of August, 1991, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MODIFICATION OF THE <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR THUNDER BAY <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1, WITHIN <br />THUNDER BAY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, AS ENLARGED <br />WHEREAS: <br />A. The City of Little Canada (the "City ") has heretofore <br />created Thunder Bay Tax Increment Financing District No. 1, <br />within Thunder Bay Development District, as enlarged and it has <br />been proposed that the City modify the Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan with respect thereto, and adopt a modified Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan with respect thereto under the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.174 to 469.179 <br />(collectively the "Act "); and <br />B. The City Council has investigated the facts and has <br />caused to be prepared a modified Tax Increment Financing Plan for <br />Thunder Bay Tax Increment Financing District No. 1, defining more <br />precisely the increased project costs to be included in Thunder <br />Bay Development District; and <br />C. The City has performed all actions required by law to be <br />performed prior to the adoption of the proposed modification of <br />the Tax Increment Financing Plan relating to Thunder Bay Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 1, including, but not limited <br />to, notification of Ramsey County and Independent School District <br />20596 <br />Page 5 <br />
