A.G. MUELLER 2201 ACORN ROAD ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA 55113 612. 639.052
Mr. Joel R. Hanson
City Administrator
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Rd
Little Canada, MN 55117
July 11, 1991
Re: Attached Letter
Dear Mr. Hanson:
I will not be able to attend your July 11, 1991 meeting mentioned
on the attached letter. I have no objection to the request as long
as it is done in a manor that does not downgrade the property now,
or in the future because of maintenance problems.
My only concern is safety. It should be mentioned both from the
City's standpoint and the owner's standpoint that it could be a
hazard. Any blockage of view both from the road or coming out of
the owner's driveway is going to be a potential hazard. Example:
In Roseville, on the SE corner or Cleveland and Oakcrest Avenue, a
resident put up a 6 foot fence for the same reasons. It created a
blind corner and the City had him cut the fence down in order to
do away with the hazard. I think safety has to be everyone's
first concern.
Sincerely,
Arthur G. Muel]kr
Page 24
