Secretary
There being no corrections to the minutes of the June
13, 1991 meeting, the minutes stood approved as read.
Mr. Ralph Marche, 43 East County Road B, appeared
before the Commission requesting approval of a
conditional use permit for a special use fence.
Marche reported that he would like to construct a
6 -foot, opaque fence on his property as shown on the
diagram he submitted. Marche believed that the fence
would reduce noise from the heavy traffic that travels
County Road B. The fence would be constructed of
cedar.
Drabik stated that she was concerned about the
aesthetics of the fence and asked how far the fence
would be from the blacktop of County Road B.
Marche estimated that the fence would be 12 feet from
the street. The length of the fence running east and
west would be approximately 120 feet.
Page 1
