RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON VACATION <br />WHEREAS, <br />The Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota has determined to <br />vacate the North 4.5 feet of the South 30 feet of that part of <br />Country Drive described as follows: <br />That part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township <br />29, Range 22, in Ramsey County, Minnesota lying East of the <br />West 278 feet thereof and lying West of the following described <br />line: Beginning at a point on the South line of said SE 1/4 of <br />the NE 1/4 distant 982.66 feet West of the Southeast corner of <br />the NE 1/4 of said Section 6; thence Northerly to a point 278 <br />feet East of the West line of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 as <br />measured along the South line thereof and 748.7 feet North of the <br />South line of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 as measured along the <br />West line thereof and said line there terminating. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1 The Council- - w-i1-l— considerthe— vaca-tlon -ef such—street and a <br />public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation on the 14th <br />day of August, 1991, before the City Council in the City Center at <br />7:30 P.M., and the City Administrator shall give published and posted <br />notice as required by law. <br />Page 13 <br />
