We have organized each <br />of the proposals according to the Request for Proposal criteria. <br />In addition, a summary of other issues is included following the <br />RFP criteria section. <br />UNIT COUNT <br />The RFP requests a unit count of 75-90 dwelling units. In <br />addition, the Zoning Ordinance sets maximum limits based upon <br />unit size, type and count. <br />Stuart: 78 units. 55 one bedroom, 23 two. bedroom <br />--"Presb. Homes: 92 units; 56 one bedroom, 36 two bedroom <br />Both proposals conform to City zoning requirements. <br />AGE REQUIREMENTS <br />Both proposals include compliance with the 55 age requirement. <br />INCOME REQUIREMENTS <br />The RFP requires that 50% of the units be reserved for LMI (low <br />and moderate income) tenants. <br />Stuart: Proposes 40% of the units (32) reserved for LMI <br />tenants. <br />Presb.
