Hanson <br />Attached is a copy of the grant agreement relative to the <br />award of $120,000 of CDBG funds for land acquisition for <br />the senior housing project. It is my recommendation that <br />we adopt this agreement as proposed and that I be <br />designated as the liaison person who is responsible for the <br />overall administration of the block grant project. I would <br />also recommend that Annette Freeman and Jim LaValle be <br />designated to sign the monthly voucher and reporting form. <br />A copy of this agreement has been provided to the City <br />Attorney.
