(30) days of the date on which they are due, Maplewood, upon <br />notification by Little Canada, will determine that such charges, <br />plus penalty, are delinquent, and will do everything within its <br />legal power to certify the amount of the unpaid charges plus <br />penalty to the Ramsey County Auditor for collection with the real <br />estate taxes. It is understood between the patties hereto that <br />Maplewood is not responsible for the collection of,unpaid usage <br />charges, plus penalty, other than as provided herein. <br />6.
