Please note that <br />two separate declarations have been prepared since Lot 9, Nadeau <br />Addition is Torrens property and the remainder of the property <br />to be subject to the easement is Abstract property. The legal <br />descriptions for the easements described in these documents have <br />been confirmed with City Engineer Mike Lynch, and a copy of his <br />letter of even date herewith confirming those legal descriptions <br />is enclosed for your reference. <br />The Council should authorize you and the Mayor to execute <br />the declarations on behalf of the City. Once this is <br />accomplished, please return the documents to our office for <br />recording. Please note that in order to record the declaration <br />as to Lot 9, Nadeau Addition, we will need the Owners' Duplicate <br />Certificate of Title as to the property.
