We have provided this <br />information with the objective of giving everyone a common <br />understanding of some of the impacts of different types of land <br />use. As has been discussed, the Shoreland Ordinance results in a <br />severely restricted building area on most parcels. However, as <br />we have also noted, denial of the "Favis" request does not <br />condemn other properties. The Favis parcel has come into this <br />situation due to the severe state of deterioration of the <br />structure.
