thus justifying space only for a two -lane road moved to the north, <br />with no intentions of over widening it to a four -lane. <br />In conclusion, we feel the City should cherish the property along <br />the north -side of Round Lake and encourage its further single - <br />family development as was the south -side a few years ago. If the <br />property is. left to decay, the City will be holding vacant <br />unbuildable, untaxable land in the form of a County road. The City <br />should push for Ramsey County to construct a two -lane road and move <br />it north in accordance with the surveys we have seen. We would <br />like to see curb, gutter and storm sewer installed because of the <br />run -off problem.
