Hanson <br />November 22, 1991 <br />Page Two <br />TO LITTLE-CANADA P.03/10 <br />Section 815.025 (E) no longer requires the filing of an <br />audit on or before thirty days prior to the anniversary of the <br />date of the approval of the premises permit. We are advised <br />that the recently published Department of Revenue Rules allows <br />organizations to file the annual audit within six months of the <br />end of their fiscal year. As a result, the Ordinance has been <br />revised to require the filing of the annual audit with the City <br />within six months of the end of the fiscal year or at the time <br />the audit is filed with the State, whichever is sooner. Please <br />note that pursuant to Section 815.025 (A), charitable gambling <br />organizations must file with the City copies of the monthly <br />reports within ten days of filing with the Gambling Control <br />Board. I am advised by the Board that these monthly reports <br />must be filed on or before the 20th day of each month for net <br />profits derived in the preceding month. <br />I have also deleted from the enclosed Ordinance, the <br />language from Section 815.040 (B) of the Ordinance forwarded to <br />you on November 7, 1991. In addition, the word "willful" has <br />been deleted from Section 815.025 (F). <br />It is my understanding that this Ordinance will be on the <br />agenda for the Council Meeting now scheduled for Wednesday, <br />November 27, 1991.
