The City of <br />Little Canada proposes to plant trees in Pioneer Park, a new 34 <br />acre park site located at 2930 Centerville Road in the City of Little <br />Canada. The City proposes to plant approximately 250 trees of at <br />least 11 different species. <br />Purpose and Objectives <br />The purpose of the Community Tree Planting Project is to provide <br />shade, improve the beauty of the area, improve species diversity <br />and help to implement the City's urban forestry plan for the enjoyment <br />and well -being of residents. <br />The objectives will be to plant 250 trees of at least 11 different <br />species, to utilize the maximum amount of small businesses in the <br />implementation of the project and to have a lasting positive impact <br />on the Community. <br />2.
