B. B. CHAPMAN, AICP
365 East Kellogg Boulevard (612) 221 -0401
Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101 Fax: (612) 297 -6817
November 11, 1991
Mr. Joel Hanson, City Administrator
City of Little Canada
515 East Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minnesota 55117
RE: Swanson Property, Green Value Addition
Dear Mr. Hanson,
As discussed on Friday, there are some things to be accomplished in
regard to the above.
First of all, the final plat approval by City Council on December
26, 1990 was for one year. Please schedule Council action to
approve a nine month extension of the present approval. The slow
market in 1991 and the time required for removal of excess material
has resulted in the need for this extension.
The Developer Agreement must be drafted. Please furnish me with an
example of format and I will prepare draft provisions for your
consideration.. The tree removal and replacement procedure will be
accommodated and incorporated into this Agreement. I have your
Code Section 903 provisions and your April 29, 1991 letter in this
regard.
At your suggestion and in the interest of cost savings we will
consider who will do the improvement design and construction when
we review the Developer Agreement with you.
Sincerely,
 hv'^"G
B B.
