Hanson <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Little <br />Canada will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 29, 1991, in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 East Little <br />Canada Road in said City to pass upon the proposed assessment for the <br />following improvements: <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 91 -8 - Public hearing begins at 7:00 P.M. <br />County Road B between a point 1,325 feet east of Rice Street to <br />McMenemy Road by shoulder paving. Amount to be assessed is <br />$2,800.00. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels and <br />tracts of land abutting said street. <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 90 -21 - Public hearing begins at 7:20 P.M. <br />Desoto Street, between the south line of LaBore Road and the north <br />line of Allen Avenue, as well as the improvement of the northern and <br />southern portions of Costa Lane from DeSoto Street on the west <br />extending approximately 104 feet east by watermain, sanitary sewer, <br />storm drainage, curb and gutter, and bituminous street. Amount to be <br />assessed is $312,270.00. The area proposed to be assessed is all <br />lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said streets. <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 89 -14 - Public hearing begins at 8:00 P.M. <br />Thunder Bay area lying within the following described boundary: <br />The north boundary is a parallel line which is 770 feet north of <br />Allen Avenue; the south boundary is a parallel line which is 625 <br />feet south of Allen Avenue; the west boundary is Payne Avenue; <br />and the east boundary is Greenbrier Street <br />by storm drainage system. Amount to be assessed is $55,587.00. The <br />area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land <br />abutting said streets. <br />The proposed assessment roll is on file with the City <br />Administrator. <br />Written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be <br />considered. <br />No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment adopted <br />pursuant to MN Statutes 1984 Section 429.061, Subdivision 2 unless a <br />written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with <br />the City Administrator prior to the assessment hearing or presented <br />to the presiding officer at the Hearing. <br />aff <br />
