Hanson <br />The Venetian Inn has requested that the City waive its 30 -Day <br />Cancellation Notice Requirement for a change in liquor liability <br />insurance. The Venetian recently placed its coverage with the <br />Empire Fire Insurance Company. Previous coverage had been with <br />Acceptance Indemnity Insurance Company. The reason for the change is <br />to get the dates of coverage to match up with the City's ordinance <br />requirement for liquor license period. Also, please note that the <br />policy is issued on an occurrence basis. <br />Without waiver of the notice, the Venetian will be required to pay <br />for a month's overlap in coverage. <br />Page 6 <br />
