FROM BRIGGS MORGAN SP (THU)10.17.'91 10:29 <br />NOTICE OF CALL FOR REDEMPTION <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS OF 1983 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />NO.9 PAGE 4 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of the City Council of the <br />City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, there have been <br />called for redemption and prepayment on <br />December 1, 1991 <br />outstanding bonds of the City designated as General obligation <br />Improvement Bonds of 1983, dated May 1, 1983, bearing serial <br />numbers 243 through 296, having a stated maturity dates in the <br />years 1994 and 1995 and totaling $270,000 in principal amount. <br />The bonds are being called at a price of par plus accrued <br />interest to December 1, 1991, on which date all interest on said <br />bonds will cease to accrue. Holders of the bonds hereby called <br />for redemption are requested to present their bonds for payment, <br />with December 1, 1991 and subsequently maturing interest coupons <br />attached, at Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association <br />(formerly, Norwestern National Bank of Minneapolis), if by mail <br />to: Corporate Trust Operations, 255 Second Avenue South; or if <br />in person to: TELLERS 1 -8, 6th and Marquette Avenue, in <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55479 -0113, on or before December 1, 1991. <br />Dated October _, 1991. <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />/s/ Joel R.
