Preparation of annual Operating Budget and <br />Capital Improvement Program. <br />12. Assist Public Works Department as needed, <br />(i.e.) walkway maintenance, tree moving, <br />tree trimming, pruning, easement mowing, <br />etc. <br />13. Attend all pertinent professional meetings <br />and services relevant to the job as deemed <br />necessary by the City Administrator and <br />the Park Board. <br />14. Attend Park Board meetings. <br />15. Coordinate all special projects as desig- <br />nated by the City Administrator and /or the <br />Park Board. <br />16. Administer and direct city tree inspection <br />progream, including budget <br />17. Act as City Weed Inspector as directed by <br />the City Administrator. <br />18. Write all articles, newsletters, publica- <br />tions, ordinances, etc., relating to parks, <br />trees or other relevant subjects, when dir- <br />ected or designated to do so by the City <br />Administrator. <br />19. graml.rdisease Shade <br />, (i.e.) and reforesta- <br />tion. <br />20.
