Hanson <br />This letter is to confirm the scheduling of your <br />presentation to the Committee of the City Council to be <br />held at 8:00 a.m. at the Little Canada City Hall on <br />Wednesday, March 27, 1991. We are allowing 25 minutes for <br />your presentation. At a minimum, your presentation must <br />address the following: <br />* Qualifications of staff to be assigned to the City <br />of Little Canada. <br />* Capabilities of firm. <br />* Proposed project structuring for the refunding <br />issue that has been under recent consideration. <br />* Pros and cons of rating presentation to Moody's <br />and how that presentation process will be handled. <br />Beyond this information, you are free to include whatever <br />else you feel is pertinent within that 25 minute period. <br />After the conclusion of your 25 minute presentation, we <br />have allowed 15 -20 minutes for questions and answers. <br />There will be no structured questions on the part of the <br />Council Committee. After presentations by both firms, the <br />Committee will deliberate and formulate a recommendation <br />for presentation to the Council at their meeting to be held <br />that evening. <br />Page 100 <br />
