CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />SURVEY <br />TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSES <br />March 26, 1991 <br />White Bear Lake - 429 -8526 (Glennis) <br />The only temporary licenses they allow are for wine and <br />non- intoxicating malt liquor. The fee for the malt <br />liquor is $5 per day. They have never issued a <br />temporary license for wine. Insurance is required. No <br />events are held on City property. <br />Shoreview - 484 -3353 (Debbie) <br />The only temporary license they have ever issued is for <br />a church that sells 3.2 beer. They waive the fee for <br />the church. However, the fee is $10 per event for <br />anyone else wanting a license. Their code does not <br />require insurance, but the church always submits a <br />certificate in the amount of $1,000,000. They do not <br />sell liquor at their City events and no licenses have <br />been issued for events that are held on City property. <br />Roseville - 490 -2200 (Ron Morris) <br />They issue temporary licenses for wine, 3.2 beer and <br />hard liquor. They do not charge a fee. They must have <br />$100,000- $300,000 worth of insurance. The events are <br />generally held on private property. However, they have <br />issued temporary 3.2 beer licenses for softball <br />tournaments which are held on City property. <br />Vadnais Heights - 429 -5343 (Lori) <br />They issue temporary non - intoxicating malt liquor and <br />wine licenses at $15 per day. Liquor liability is <br />required on events that are held on City property; <br />otherwise, it is not required. They issue licenses for <br />Heritage Days and softball tournaments which are held <br />on City property. <br />Arden Hills - 633 -5676 (Kathy Iago) <br />They do not allow any kind of liquor in their parks or <br />on City property.
