STORM SEWER <br />- Provide casting rim elevation to 0.01'. <br />- Street and storm sewer plan and profile to be provided on plan sheet <br />separate from sewer and water. <br />Provide storm sewer calculations. <br />MH -5 could be eliminated if W.M. were placed 10' N. of sanitary sewer. <br />Verify invert elevation and location of existing storm sewer M.H. <br />- Additional CB may be required around cul -de -sac. <br />STREETS <br />- Soil borings required for determination of design section for 7 ton <br />residential street. <br />- Use surmountable curb and gutter. <br />- Provide street grades on profile every 50'. <br />- Drainage around cul -de -sac may require detail with gutter elevations. <br />Field check existing street width and curb and gutter type N & S of <br />development area. <br />- Street width to be 32' b -b. <br />- Indicate ROW dimensions on plan sheet. <br />- Indicate vertical curve information. <br />- Provide base line stationing. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />- Complete As -built information to be submitted at project completion. <br />- Backslopes of grading not to exceed 4:1. <br />- Plans to have a title sheet with a location plan. <br />- Provide construction details with final plan submittal. <br />Please feel free to call me if you have any questions. <br />Yours very truly, <br />BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />Michael C.
