(2) Compliance with financial responsibility requirements <br />of State law and of this ordinance is a continuing condition of <br />any license granted pursuant to this chapter. <br />(3) No nonintoxicating malt liquor or intoxicating liquor <br />shall be sold or served to any obviously intoxicated person or <br />to any person under 21 years of age. <br />(4) No person under the age of 21 years shall be permitted <br />to consume nonintoxicating malt liquor or intoxicating liquor on <br />a licensed premises. <br />(5) No corporation to which a license has been granted <br />shall transfer any stock in such corporation without the consent <br />of the City Council. The officers of any corporation holding a <br />license shall notify the City Council of any proposed sale or <br />transfer of any stock in the corporation. The transfer of any <br />stock without the knowledge and consent of the City Council <br />shall be deemed sufficient cause for revocation of the license <br />by the Council. <br />(6) No manufacturer or wholesaler of intoxicating liquor <br />shall have any ownership of, or interpst in, an establishment <br />licensed to sell at retail contrary to the provisions of,r <br />Minnesota Statutes §340A.301, Subdivision 7. No retail "licensee <br />or manufacturer or wholesaler of intoxicating liquor shall be a <br />party to any exclusive purchase contract. No retail licensee <br />shall receive any benefits contrary to law from a manufacturer <br />or wholesaler of intoxicating liquor and no such manufacturer or <br />wholesaler shall confer any benefits contrary to law upon a <br />retail licensee. <br />(7) No person under 18 years of age may serve or sell <br />intoxicating liquor in a retail intoxicating liquor <br />establishment. <br />(8) There shall be no dancing, exhibitions or <br />entertainment on the premises of an intoxicating liquor licensee <br />unless said licensee holds a "Dancing and Entertainment" <br />license, or the premises are covered by a temporary "on- sale" <br />license. <br />(9) No intoxicating liquor licensee shall allow music on <br />the premises between the hours of 9:00 o'clock p.m. and 9:00 <br />o'clock a.m., except where the licensee has obtained a "Dancing <br />and Entertainment" license, or the premises are covered by a <br />temporary "on -sale" license. Such licensee shall, however, be <br />permitted to operate a radio or phonograph between the hours of <br />9:00 o'clock p.m. and 9:00 o'clock a.m., so long as said radio <br />-14- <br />Page 25 <br />
