This parcel is.adj.acent to the <br />south boundary of the currently proposed Kandice Heights Phase <br />III building. The Molsam property is zoned Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) and requires the standard PUD processing for <br />all major changes in site layout and utilization. Currently, Mr. <br />Leonard Schmieg is proposing to purchase the property, converting <br />it to a commercial /industrial use with some modification to the <br />site including construction of a new building to house additional <br />shop space.
