SORER <br />TO LITTLE- CPNkDa P.1_.15 <br />WAIVER OF RIGHT TO APPEAL FROM SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />OF LITTLE CANADA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 91- <br />The undersigned, Rose Mary Costa, single and Peter Costa, <br />Jr. and Ilene Costa, husband and wife, owners of the following <br />described property located in the City of Little Canada, County <br />of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which is legally described as <br />follows: <br />Lots 4 through 11 and 21 through 31, Block 3, Gervais <br />Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />The undersigned, its successors, representatives and <br />assigns understand and agree that the sum of $ of the <br />cost of Little Canada Improvement Prdj.ect 91- , relatiing to the <br />construction of streets and utilities /to service the Costa <br />Estates Plat, is to be assessed against the above described <br />property. The assessment shall be made pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429, and shall be certified for payment to the <br />Department of Taxation for Ramsey County. <br />The undersigned, its successors, representatives and <br />assigns, hereby stipulate and agree that the special assessment <br />sum of $ against the above described property because <br />of the construction of Little Canada Improvement Project 91- <br />is reasonable and does not exceed the benefits received by the <br />above described property by reason of the improvements.
