AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />AND THE OWNERS OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN <br />THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD TO PERMIT THE <br />CONNECTION OF SAID REAL PROPERTY TO THE <br />LITTLE CANADA MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br />, 1991, by and between the City of Little Canada, <br />a municipal corporation, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City ", and Schroeder Milk Co., Inc., <br />a Minnesota corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Owner ". <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, the City has constructed and operates a municipal <br />water system and has agreed with the undersigned Owner that the <br />following described real property within the City of Maplewood <br />be allowed to connect to the Little Canada municipal water <br />system, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §444.075 and the conditions <br />specified herein, and <br />WHEREAS, it is beneficial that Owner be allowed to connect <br />the following described real property to the said municipal <br />water system. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed that the real <br />property to be connected to the system is described as follows: <br />Parcel One, PIN #18- 29 -22 -22 -0006 (legal description to be <br />determined), and <br />Parcel Two, PIN #18- 29 -22 -22 -0007 (legal description to be <br />determined). <br />It is agreed by the parties hereto that the connection of <br />-1- <br />Page 36 <br />
