They are also <br />responsible for front end costs associated with <br />the evaluation of the public improvement project. <br />Should the public improvement proceed, then costs <br />advanced related to this project would be included <br />in the overall project cost and a rebate due the <br />developers. Should the project not proceed, then <br />the developers will be responsible for all costs <br />incurred. A $3,000 deposit is being asked for <br />upfront to address this. <br />Please keep in mind that these points have not been <br />finalized as of yet. Based on the developers' review, <br />changes could be forthcoming. <br />Hopefully, a final draft will be available for Wednesday's <br />meeting. <br />JRH:kpv <br />Page 17 <br />
