The changes are listed <br />in this letter. <br />1) Sections 702.060 (7) and 703.090 (7) have been <br />deleted. Please note that pursuant to Minnesota Statute <br />340A.410 (5), gambling violations on licensed premises may <br />render an applicant ineligible for an intoxicating or <br />nonintoxicating liquor license. In addition, Sections <br />702.060(2) and 703.090(2) have been changed to delete the <br />conviction of a felony as grounds for ineligibiilty for a <br />license. State law does not prohibit felons from obtaining <br />liquor licenses although such a prohibition is included in the <br />Model Liquor and Beer Ordinance from the League of Minnesota <br />Cities. <br />2) Sections 702.090 and 703.180 have been changed to <br />correct typographical errors.
