Adult use - accessory shall be prohibited from both <br />internal and external advertising and signing of adult <br />materials and products. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 910.030 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />910.030. Permitted Accessory Uses. <br />A. Commercial or business buildings and structures for a <br />use accessory to the principal use, but such use shall not <br />exceed thirty (30 %) percent of the gross floor space of the <br />principal use. <br />B. Off- street parking as regulated by Section 903.050 of <br />this Ordinance. <br />C. Off - street loading as regulated by Section 903.060 of <br />this Ordinance. <br />D. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of <br />this Ordinance) but not public parks. <br />E. Adult Uses - Accessory as regulated by Section 903.130 <br />of this Ordinance. <br />Section 4. <br />Section 911.020 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />911.020. Permitted Uses. <br />A. Auto accessory store (not including minor repair). <br />B. Motor vehicle and recreation equipment sales (indoor) <br />and garages accessory thereto. <br />C. Commercial recreational uses. <br />D. Motels, motor hotels and hotels provided that the lot <br />area contains not less than five hundred (500) square feet of <br />lot area per unit. <br />E. Restaurants, cafes, on and off -sale liquor. <br />F. Private clubs or lodges serving food and beverages. <br />-7- <br />Page 28 <br />
