Pursuant to <br />City Council of <br />was duly called <br />day of January, <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />January 23, 1991 <br />due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />and held at the City Center of said City on the 23rd <br />1991 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, and Scalze; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION <br />OF A PORTION OF THE WOODLYNN AVENUE RIGHT -OF -WAY <br />FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1991 <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota has <br />determined to vacate a portion of the Woodlynn Avenue right -of -way; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the vacation of such right -of -way <br />and a public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation <br />on the 27th day of February, 1991, befor the City Council in <br />the City Center at 7:30 P.M., and the City Administrator shall <br />give published and posted notice as required by Law. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />Blesener, Collova, Hanson, LaValle, and Scalze; <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Council this 23rd day of January, 1991. <br />Page 14 <br />
