Hanson <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Re: Resolution for Publication of Summary - <br />Adult Use Ordinances <br />Our File No. 6841 <br />Dear Joel: <br />Telephone <br />(612) 222 -2541 <br />Facsimile <br />(612) 223 -5289 <br />Since there is a public hearing scheduled at the meeting of <br />January 23, 1991, on the Adult Use Ordinance that amends the <br />Little Canada Zoning Code, the Council will consider the <br />adoption of that Ordinance and the other Ordinance relating to <br />the licensing of adult uses as early as the meeting of January <br />23, 1991. Therefore, I have prepared and am enclosing two <br />Resolutions providing for the publication of title and summary, <br />with attached Summaries of the respective ordinances. <br />The first Resolution and Summary pertains to the amendment <br />of the Little Canada Zoning Code. The second Resolution relates <br />to the publication of the title and summary of the Ordinance <br />adding Chapter 817 to the Little Canada Code. <br />If the Council enacts both Ordinances, the number of the <br />respective Ordinances shall be inserted where indicated on the <br />enclosed Resolutions and Summaries. The enclosed Resolutions <br />should then be considered by the Council for adoption.
