* <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1077 <br />* <br />* <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.190 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY ADDING PARAGRAPH (4). <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br />I. <br />Section 8.190 of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br />is hereby amended by adding paragraph (4) to read as follows: <br />Section 8.190. Enclosure of Certain Business <br />Required. <br />(4) The issuance of a special use permit for the <br />outside display of merchandise shall not cause <br />nonconforming sites to be brought into <br />conformance with all code requirements, or the <br />dedication of street right -of -way. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage and publication. <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />Page 10 <br />
