The basis of this request is the anticipated <br />difficulty in obtaining consent from Williams Pipeline to any <br />easement overlapping with that company's pipeline easement. The <br />standard utility easements, reviewed and approved in your letter <br />of November 12, 1991, to Kathy Glanzer, would be subject to the <br />Williams Pipeline easement located at the northern portion of <br />the Brausen property. <br />Section 1006.040 of the Little Canada Subdivision Ordinance <br />provides as follows: "An easement for utilities at least six <br />(6) feet wide shall be provided along all lot lines in a <br />division or subdivision, unless the required easements are <br />waived by the City Council after receipt of a written <br />recommendation of the City Engineer." If you recommend the <br />modification requested by the Brausens, please forward a written <br />recommendation to Joel R.
