EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA February 12, 1992 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on the 12th day of February, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Hanson, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, and Scalze; and the following were absent: None. Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION ABATING THE ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 90 -21, DESOTO STREET IMPROVEMENT, LEVIED ON OCTOBER 29, 1991 FOR THE FOLLOWING PARCELS: PARCEL NO. 05- 29 -22 -24 -0037 PARCEL NO. 05-29-22 -24 -0054 WHEREAS, The property owners of the above referenced parcels have requested the abatement and re -levy of assessments for Improvement No. 90 -21, DeSoto Street, in order to assist timely filing and recording of the plat for Costa Estates; AND WHEREAS, The Council has reviewed the matter and agreed to abate the assessments adopted October 29, 1991 subject to the relevy of those same assessments over a nine (9) year period with the first assessment to be payable in 1993. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: That the Council of the City of Little Canada hereby abates the assessments for Improvement No. 90 -21, DeSoto Street Improvement, for Parcel No. 05- 29 -22 -24 -0037 and Parcel No. 05- 29 -22 -24 -0054 as levied October 29, 1991 pursuant to Council Resolution No 91 -10 -365. The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Hanson, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, and Scalze; Page 3
