EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />January 8, 1992 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on the 8th <br />day of January, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, Blesener, Collova, LaVaile, and Scalze; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION TO <br />MODIFY THE BOND RECORD IN HIS OFFICE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City of Little Canada has issued and sold bonds, dated October 1, <br />1981 in the amount of $225,000, and July 1, 1986 in the amount of <br />$340,000 exclusively for the purpose of establishing, locating, <br />relocating, constructing, reconstructing or improving its State Aid <br />Streets in accordance with Law; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Said City of Little Canada pledges that the amount of their past due <br />interest payments (and future interest payments) shall be made from <br />local funds available to the City. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the Council of the City of Little Canada hereby requests the <br />Commissioner of Transportation to modify the bond record in his <br />office for the City of Little Canada. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />Hanson, Blesener, Collova, LaVaile, and Scalze; <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Council this 8th day of January, 1992. <br />Page 41 <br />
