37201 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Staff have recommended to the City <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the street hereinafter <br />described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of <br />Minnesota Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the street described as follows, to -wit: <br />MSA No. Street From To <br />108 Viking Drive Rice Street <br />Flower Street <br />(Co. Rd. B2) <br />be, and hereby is, established, located and designated as a Municipal State Aid street of said <br />City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br />to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road, the same be <br />constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Little <br />Canada to be numbered and known as a Municipal State Aid Street as indicated above. <br />ADOPTED this <br />A1'IEST: <br />day of , 19 92 . <br />City Clerk <br />CERTIFICATE <br />Raymond Hanson, Mayor <br />I, City Clerk of the City of Little Canada, hereby <br />certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by the <br />Little Canada City Council on <br />Page 11 <br />usetsftm kJresolut ion.cert <br />
