Hanson <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: April 3, 1992 <br />RE: LaBore Feasibility Study <br />As previously discussed, staff believes the condition of <br />LaBore Road necessitates us taking action in 1992. Because <br />this will involve reconstruction of the roadway, it is <br />anticipated that there would be special assessments levied <br />in association with this project. To do so would require <br />that the City Engineer prepare a feasibility study prior to <br />holding an improvement hearing. <br />Therefore, it is the recommendation of staff that the <br />Council adopt the enclosed resolution authorizing the <br />Engineer to prepare a feasibility study in conjunction with <br />the reconstruction of LaBore Road from Edgerton to Desoto <br />while at the same time contemplating additional <br />improvements necessary in conjunction with that project. <br />Page 14 <br />
