EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA April 8, 1992 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on the 8th day of April, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Hanson, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, and Scalze; and the following were absent: None. Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAPPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR PROPERTY DIVISION #DD063723 AS REQUESTED BY RAMSEY COUNTY WHEREAS, Due to the division of Parcels No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0037 -0 and No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0054 -5, Costa Estates Phase I, it is necessary to reapportion the assessments between the newly created lots, and WHEREAS, The property has been divided into eleven single - family lots and one outlot, and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby approves the reapportionment of assessments for Property Division #DD063723 as follows: 1992 Assessment Balance - $182,215.33 Existing Assessment: Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0037 -0 - $115,376.70 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0054 -5 - $66,838.63 Reapportionment: Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0055 -8 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0056 -1 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0057 -4 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0058 -7 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0059 -0 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0060 -0 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0061 -3 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0062 -6 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0063 -9 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0064 -2 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0065 -5 - $11,031.73 Parcel No. 05- 29- 22 -24- 0066 -8 - $60,866.30
