The Concession <br />Lease has been revised consistent with your facsimile <br />transmittal of March 11, 1992, and your telephone conversation <br />with Paul Ostrow on March 13, 1992. <br />Please note new Paragraph 8 which contains specific <br />indemnification language. I have also added one sentence to <br />Paragraph 5 indicating the property is transferred "AS IS" <br />without any warranties. Paragraph 13 has been amended to <br />include compliance with federal, state and local laws.
